With 15+ years of global recruitment and HR experience, I’ve specialized in both tech and non-tech hiring across domains like IT, Engineering, Automotive, Telecom, Finance, Insurance, R&D, and Retail. Today, I work as a Senior Recruitment Researcher at Incluso AB, supporting international organizations in sourcing, headhunting, and building diverse teams. Along the way, I’ve grown a professional network of 14,000+ followers and 14,000+ connections on LinkedIn, which gives me deep insight into the challenges faced by professionals and students trying to succeed in Sweden’s job market.
